Job Title: Mason Supervisor
We are in need of an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of skilled masons in Vejle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work and at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. They must also possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure efficient and high-quality work
- Plan and schedule projects, including material and equipment procurement
- Train and mentor new masons to ensure they meet company standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
