Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the city of Alta. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be provided with training and support to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Understand customer needs and preferences in order to recommend the most suitable products
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
- Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements:
- No prior experience required but previous sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willingness to learn about new products and industry trends
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Norwegian applicants
Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for commission based on performance.
Location:
This position is located in Alta but may require occasional travel within Norway.
