Merchandiser

We are in need of a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve the overall appearance of our products in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Create attractive displays to showcase products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotions and pricing strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to travel within the city for store visits
