Software Tester

We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Software Tester to join our team in Herning. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying and reporting bugs and issues, and ensuring the overall quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are available for non-local candidates. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Test software applications to ensure functionality and usability
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
- Conduct manual and automated testing
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
- Document test results for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in software testing (manual and automated)
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (e.g. black box, white box)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of agile development processes is a plus

Location: Herning, Denmark (accommodation provided)

Salary: Starting at 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
