Contract Handyman in Odense, Denmark


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Odense, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across different properties and facilities. This includes plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general handyman duties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, so candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Odense. The salary for this role is 1400$ per month.

As a Contract Handyman in Odense, your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular maintenance checks on properties and identifying any issues or repairs needed
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicating with clients or property owners to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Following all safety protocols and regulations while working on different properties
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Skilled in various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients or property owners
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Availability to work flexible hours depending on project demands
