We are a reputable hotel in Vejle seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through effective marketing strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. As the ideal candidate, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in hotel sales. This is a contract job that comes with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation provided. Candidates with no prior experience in hotel sales are welcome to apply, as training will be provided. You must also have your own visa to work in Vejle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Identify potential clients and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other potential revenue sources.
- Conduct site visits and give presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, etc.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have your own visa to work in Vejle.
