Facade Designer

We are in search of a skilled Facade Designer to join our team in Braga. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing the exterior facades of buildings, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Your main duties will include collaborating with architects and engineers to develop design concepts, creating detailed drawings and models, and selecting appropriate materials for construction.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, excellent drafting skills, and knowledge of building materials and construction techniques. The ideal candidate will also have experience using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and models of facade designs
- Select appropriate materials for construction based on structural requirements and design aesthetic
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work within project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Facade Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1600 per month with free visa and ticket provided.
