Job Title: Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Alta, Norway

As the Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Alta, Norway, you will oversee a team of passport processors and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for training and supervising team members, as well as managing their schedules and performance. Your role will also involve working closely with government officials to ensure compliance with all regulations and protocols related to biometric passports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in team leadership or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of biometric passport processing procedures preferred
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Norwegian is a plus)
- Biometric passport is a preference, but not a strict requirement

Responsibilities:
