Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Copenhagen. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their computer systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person and provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring technical issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future
- Keep track of all customer interactions and resolutions in our database for future reference
- Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use various computer programs effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Copenhagen (accommodation provided)
