Courier Delivery Driver


We are hiring a Courier Delivery Driver for our fast-paced logistics company in Herning, Denmark. As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parcels and packages to our customers in a timely manner. This role requires excellent time-management skills, as well as physical stamina to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport parcels and packages to designated locations
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of all items
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss
- Collect payment from customers when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the appropriate parties
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for operating a delivery vehicle
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations
- Ability to lift heavy packages and operate delivery equipment (e.g. hand trucks)
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with GPS devices and route optimization software is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month, with potential for increases based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Herning, Denmark. We provide accommodation options for employees who are not local.
