Job Title: Online Consultant - Vejle, Denmark



We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Consultant to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions via email, chat, and phone
- Assisting clients with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting
- Managing and tracking customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online environment
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards challenges
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
