Floral Designer

We are in need of a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and events. Your main duties will include selecting the appropriate flowers, arranging them in a visually appealing manner, and ensuring that all orders are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Preferably Indian national with fluency in English
- Must have a biometric passport
- No prior experience required, but must have a passion for floral design
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and creativity

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs for different occasions
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, and accessories based on the client's budget and preferences
- Create unique designs that meet the client's requirements while showcasing your creativity
- Prepare and arrange flowers according to established standards for freshness, size, shape, color harmony, container suitability, and design principles
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques by attending workshops or training sessions

Salary: Starting at $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
