Experienced Roofer



We are in need of an experienced roofer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs for residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience working with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roofs.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacement
- Install new roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing broken or missing shingles, fixing leaks, or reinforcing weak areas
- Maintain and clean existing roofs to ensure their longevity
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on rooftops
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a roofer
- Proficient in working with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roofs
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Certification in roofing or related field
- Experience working on both residential and commercial properties
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
