IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations and resources of our company. You will work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will also manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective use of technology. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in various aspects of information technology. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic technology plan that supports the overall goals of the company
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems
- Manage department budget and resources effectively
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and make recommendations for enhancements
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience working with various operating systems, such as Windows, MacOS, Linux
- Familiarity with data security protocols and procedures
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
