Temporary Concierge in Monte-Carlo
We are currently hiring a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate transportation, including airport transfers, car rentals, and private drivers
- Arrange for special services such as spa appointments, event tickets, or floral arrangements
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby area and ensure it is clean and inviting at all times
- Keep up-to-date on local events, news, and weather to anticipate guest needs
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and find appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, transportation options, etc.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension. Salary for this role is $1700 per month.
