We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our fast-paced team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a group of individuals to achieve common goals and objectives. Your main focus will be on managing and coordinating the work of your team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers
- Identify any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Act as a mentor for team members, providing guidance and support when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Experience Required:
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
