Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of architectural projects. You must have experience in the field and hold a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of designs
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
