Senior Architect - Residential Projects (Fonvieille, Monaco)


We are currently hiring for a Senior Architect with experience in residential projects to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design process of residential projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential projects in one of the most prestigious locations in the world.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process of residential projects, from conceptualization to construction
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs and preferences
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is following design plans and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members in developing their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect on residential projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Monaco preferred but not required
