Locksmith Technician


We are a reputable locksmith company in Kolding and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith Technician to join our team. We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation.

As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of locks and security systems. You will work with residential, commercial, and automotive clients to provide lockout services, key duplication, and security consultations.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent manual dexterity and mechanical skills. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience as a locksmith is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair locks on doors, windows, safes, and other structures
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key cutting machines
- Provide lockout services for clients who have misplaced or forgotten their keys
- Conduct security consultations for clients to determine the best locking systems for their needs
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed including billing information
- Repair or replace damaged locks or parts as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with locks or security systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or certification in locksmithing is preferred
- Previous experience as a locksmith is preferred but not required
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
