Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Bergen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, drafting technical drawings, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan architectural projects according to client requirements and building codes
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design and construction
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor needed for projects
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, regulations, and health/safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure plans are followed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and health/safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Our company offers a salary of $1200 per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for eligible candidates.
