We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as planting, watering, weeding, and pruning
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat any diseases or pests
- Design and implement new garden layouts and landscaping projects
- Maintain proper irrigation systems and equipment
- Source and select appropriate plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs for different seasons and environments
- Ensure that all garden areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Work with other team members to maintain overall property cleanliness and appearance
- Keep track of supplies, tools, and equipment inventory

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, shrubs, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design
- Good communication skills to work as part of a team or independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or tasks

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the property.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. The selected candidate must have their own accommodation in La-Condamine.
