Part-Time Glazier in Greenland


We are hiring a Part-Time Glazier to join our team in Greenland. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass and other materials in windows, doors, and other structures. This job is suitable for men who have experience in the field and are looking for a part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit into frames
- Install glass into frames using tools such as putty knives or glazing tools
- Secure glass panes using putty or other materials
- Replace broken or damaged glass panes
- Install weatherstripping or caulking around edges of glass panes to prevent drafts
- Work with different types of glass, such as tempered or laminated, depending on the project requirements
- Remove old or damaged frames and replace them with new ones
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Glazier is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with measurements
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
