Entry-level Turner in Alta, Norway
We are hiring an entry-level Turner to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to shape and cut metal workpieces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the sequence of operations
- Measure and mark workpieces for machining
- Set up and adjust machine controls to produce parts within required tolerances
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or parts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Turner is not required but is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
