Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Monte-Carlo. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, service standards, and cleanliness
- Train and manage staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers
- Create schedules, manage payroll, and handle any employee-related issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain financial records and report on sales, expenses, and profits to upper management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and customer service standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
Salary: 1300$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
