DevOps Developer


We are hiring a skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team in Faroe-Islands. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing the software development processes and infrastructure. Your main goal will be to bridge the gap between development and operations by implementing modern systems and processes that improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for software releases
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations
- Continuously evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a DevOps Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in DevOps or related fields
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position. The exact salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is located in Faroe Islands. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
