Contract Architecture Manager (Horsens, Denmark)

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects including design, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication

- Oversee the work of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software
