Entry-Level Carpenter in Roskilde, Denmark


We are seeking an entry-level Carpenter to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Carpenter, you will assist in the construction and repair of various structures using wood and other materials. This is a part-time position with a starting salary of 1200$. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who live in or near Roskilde. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in the carpentry field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction of new buildings and structures
- Repair and replace damaged or rotting wood
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install wooden frameworks, walls, floors, and roofs
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in carpentry preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of woodworking tools and techniques
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials for extended periods. The working hours will be part-time, with the possibility of overtime during busy periods. As this is an entry-level position, on-the-job training will be provided.
