A growing organization in Kolding, Denmark is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network and system administration, with experience managing and maintaining complex networks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Develop and maintain network documentation
- Ensure data backups are regularly performed and stored securely
- Identify areas for improvement in network infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve issues and implement new technology
- Stay current on industry developments, trends, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs, firewalls
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
