Computer Support Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain network systems

- Train clients on how to use new systems or equipment
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members

Salary: 1200$ per month.
