Job Title: Civil Engineer - Construction Supervisor (Fonvieille, Monaco)



As a Civil Engineer - Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process of various projects in Fonvieille, Monaco. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and clients
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness by identifying areas for cost-saving measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience working on construction projects in Monaco

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience)
