Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This position requires no prior experience and offers a salary of $1700 per month, with free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and recommendations for dining options.
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. The work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. We do not offer accommodation for this role; therefore preference will be given to applicants who already reside in Vejle or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
