Team Lead


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing company in Esbjerg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management and be able to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we offer accommodation for our employees. Our company is open to candidates of all nationalities, but the ideal candidate should already possess their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team
- Set goals and objectives for the team and track progress
- Develop strategies to improve team performance
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Monitor budget and resources usage

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in budget management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
