Biometric Passport Team Lead

As the Biometric Passport Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals in the production and issuance of biometric passports. Your role will involve managing the team's daily activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in the passport production process, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of passport production specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and achieve production targets
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure accuracy and security in passport production
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the team's processes
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of passport production
- Stay updated on regulations and standards related to biometric passports, ensuring compliance at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients or stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry (e.g. government agency)
- Knowledge of biometric technology and passport production processes is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to biometric passports
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
