Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Information Security Analyst to join our team in Odense. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. Your main duties will include conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, monitoring network activity, and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic analysis when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies
- Train employees on best practices for information security
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience working in information security or a related role preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software
- Experience with risk assessment methods and techniques
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- Strong communication skills
