Preservation Architect


We are in need of a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Kolding. As a Preservation Architect, your primary responsibility will be to preserve and restore historic buildings and structures. You will be required to conduct research, assess the current condition of buildings, and develop plans for restoration and preservation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historic buildings and structures
- Assess the current condition of buildings and identify areas in need of preservation or restoration
- Develop detailed plans for restoration and preservation projects
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects
- Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Monitor progress on restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to historic structures
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1100$ per month for this position. Accommodation will also be provided.
