Experienced Teacher in Funchal

We are in need of an experienced and dedicated teacher to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a teacher, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in a dynamic and multicultural environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of teaching experience and be able to provide engaging and effective lessons. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student needs
- Utilize various teaching methods to keep students engaged and interested in the subject matter
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with using technology in the classroom is an asset
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
