Crane Operator



As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites in Fonvieille. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, suitable for men with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect cranes before and after use, ensuring proper functioning
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Plan and execute lifts based on site conditions and instructions from supervisors
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Safely rig loads for lifting using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes, such as greasing and cleaning
- Keep accurate records of daily work activities, including lifts and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction environment
- Valid crane operator certification or license from recognized authority
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to crane operation
- Ability to read load charts and blueprints
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical strength and stamina to operate controls for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends if needed
