Job Title: Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator in our construction company located in Aalborg, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload materials and supplies. Your primary duty will be to safely and efficiently operate loaders to move materials around the job site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move, load, and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and construction supplies
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading operations
- Ensure materials are loaded according to specifications and in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of material movements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques, safety standards, and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise movements
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety
- High school diploma or equivalent
