Junior Data-mining Analyst



We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Data-mining Analyst in Horsens, Denmark. As a data-mining analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends, as well as providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and clean large sets of data from various sources
- Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in the data
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making processes
- Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with other analysts and departments to understand business needs and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in data-mining techniques, and relevant software/tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, and machine learning techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with databases and experience working with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Basic understanding of business operations and processes

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1400 per month. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and training opportunities.
