Project Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution from start to finish. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget utilization, and any changes or deviations from the original plan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
