Head Chef
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Fluent English language skills.
Salary: 1600$ per month
