As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of clients while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations

Salary:
This is a full-time job with a salary of $1600 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and qualifications.
