Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, your role will involve designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budgetary and timeline requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, coordinating with engineers and contractors, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring that the project is completed within specifications. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as knowledge of sustainable design principles. An eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential in this role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders. This position may require travel to different project sites within Os city. The salary for this role is 1700$, with the possibility of additional bonuses based on performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel within Os city for different project sites
