Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Alta. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior construction manager with planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects. This position is suitable for men who have a biometric passport and are looking to gain experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior construction manager with creating project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress, and any issues that occur
- Comply with all safety regulations and ensure all workers on site are following safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience working in the construction industry (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a biometric passport and be willing to travel if necessary

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
