Key Responsibilities:
- Complete final touches on various products and projects according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Collaborate with production team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production team and management
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of finishing techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work part-time hours with potential for additional hours as needed
