Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. This is a contract job with competitive salary of 1600$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inspect trucks before and after trips to ensure safety and report any defects or malfunctions.
- Follow traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times while driving.
- Load and unload goods from the truck using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any changes or delays.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Truck Driver.
- Valid truck driving license with clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads if necessary.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Preferred:
- Experience in long-haul trucking is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS systems for navigation purposes.
