As a Pastry Chef in Aarhus, Denmark, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts for our restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all pastries are made to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries and desserts, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and more
- Create new menu items and adjust recipes as needed
- Maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Train and manage junior pastry chefs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of different pastry techniques and flavor combinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
