Computer Research Scientist

Our growing research team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Research Scientist to join us in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing new technologies and solutions in the field of computer science. This role requires a deep understanding of computer systems and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various computer science topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data mining.
- Develop new algorithms, models, and tools to improve computer systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other researchers and engineers to design experiments, analyze data, and present findings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer science through continuous learning and attending conferences.
- Write research papers and publications to share findings with the wider scientific community.

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting research in the field of computer science.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biometric technologies such as facial recognition or fingerprint scanning.
- Familiarity with biometric passports and their security features.
- Strong track record of publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
