A reputable restaurant in Horsens is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales figures, costs, and expenses to make necessary adjustments for profitability

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred)
- Proven knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles for budgeting purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on experience.
