Project Manager - Construction


Our construction company in Triesen is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. This position is suitable for men without experience and accommodation will be provided.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Oversee quality control to ensure projects meet company standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Triesen, Liechtenstein. While we welcome applicants of all nationalities, this job is suitable for Indian candidates as English language skills are not required.
